SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
We offer FREE shipping across South Africa via our trusted couriers Dawn Wing & Fastway. No minimum order amount is required to qualify for free shipping as long as your order does not consist of add-ons only.
“Add-ons” only available in South Africa.
Deliveries outside South Africa will go via official Herbalife couriers and will only be shipped in Herbalife approved countries.
The provision of goods and services by Happy Healthy Me is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Happy Healthy Me will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Delivery time:
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from confirmation of purchase.
Deliveries to main areas take between 1-2 working day. Deliveries to outlying areas (farms, smaller towns, rural areas and townships) may take up to 3-7 working days to complete.
Once your order has been dispatched we will forward you your tracking details.
We are not responsible for any delays by the courier company.
For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the Products at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf.
Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will retain the Products and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect. Our representative will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection. Happy Healthy Me reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required to make a further delivery or collection if no one is at the delivery address to receive the Products or hand over the returned Products, as the case may be.
Happy Healthy Me’s liability for failing to deliver the Products on the day indicated by you or at all, is limited to the Products being delivered at a later agreed time at no additional charge. You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name as against a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the delivery. Happy Healthy Me has outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Accordingly, Happy Healthy Me shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, it’s owner, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before delivery.
Costs
Unless products state free delivery, there will be a delivery charge.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and we will supply you with a return address.
All herbalife Items will be refunded according to Herbalife International’s 30 day money back guarantee and gold standards.
Releative paperwork and procedure will be followed and will need to be submitted and on approval from Herbalife International, refund will be issued.
All ‘Add-ons” items will be refunded provided it is sealed and un-used, it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We suggest insuring the parcel as we are not responsible if it does not reach us.
Unfortunately, delivery and package costs to return the item and delivery charges on order of the item are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of delivery and either refund in cash, credit note or exchange the goods. Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure of ingredients and allergens before purchasing a product. If they are not available on the website you may request them.
We will confirm when your return or exchange has been processed.
